Exterior House Washing
At Applied Power Wash we offer two types of house wash packages:
Our Basic Package which includes:
The soft washing of all exterior sides of the house, cleaning of the exterior portion of the gutters and any front concrete walkway/porch areas.
Our Premium Package which includes:
The soft washing of all exterior sides of the house, cleaning of the exterior portion of the gutters and any front concrete walkway/porch areas. We will also include gutter brightening for the exterior portions of the gutters as well as the exterior cleaning of all windows with a spot free rinse. All exterior screens would have to be removed by the customer prior to cleaning.
What is Gutter Brightening?? A condition often referred to as “tiger-striping” can occur on the exterior portion of the gutter and facia after the normal house wash. These “stripes” are usually caused by the asphalt from the roof shingles electrostatically bonding to the gutter or fascia finish as that exterior finish oxidizes in the elements normally. We can remove the stripes and make your gutters look new again using our GUTTER BRIGHTENING service.
